Who can pass up chocolate for breakfast? If blueberries aren’t one of your favorite fruits, substitute another fruit.
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved and split lengthwise
2 6 ounce carton vanilla lowfat yogurt or 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
In a small saucepan heat chocolate just until melted. Or place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowland heat on 70 percent power (medium-high) for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
In separate bowls place two banana quarters. Top bananas with yogurt, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with granola, and top with blueberries. Makes 4 servings.
