Saffola Masala Oats Pizza Toast

Saffola Masala Oats Tomatoes Pizza Sauce

  • 200g tomato puree
  • 1 large finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • ¼ tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or mix herbs
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pkt Saffola masala oats {Jains may use plain Saffola oats}


Saffola Masala Oats Tomatoes Pizza

  • toastBread / Pizza
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Broccoli
  • Olives Basil Leaves
  • Baby corn
  • Bell peppers {or topping of your choice}


    Saffola Masala Oats Tomatoes Pizza Sauce

    • Soak Saffola Masala oats in ½ cup water for 5 mins.
    • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes over low heat
    • Add a ajwain, chili flakes and dried herbs. Saute briefly
    • Add tomato puree, sugar and pinch of salt and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes
    • Add Saffola Masala Oats and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes
    • Allow to cool down for 10 mins


    • Preheat the oven to 200°C
    • Take whole grain breast or a whole grain pizza base and spread the Saffola Masala oats tomatoes pizza sauce evenly over the surface
    • Top with chopped baby corn, broccoli and bell peppers, followed with cheese..
    • Sprinkle over olives, fresh herbs and chili flakes..
    • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 6 minutes for pizza toast, and 15 minutes for pizza base or till the cheese melts
