Well at least that’s what his statement compels us to believe. Arjun Kapoor, who will be seen in ‘Ki & Ka’, will have a release after almost a year-and-a-half. The actor says that such a long gap between the release of his two films was a deliberate decision.
“In the last two years, I had four movies – ‘Gunday’, ‘2 States’, ‘Finding Fanny’ and ‘Tevar’ which released in a span of 12 months! So I wanted to take a break. I would have taken a break even if ‘Tevar’ had done well. Also, I had got injured during ‘Tevar’ and had a lot of health issues. I was shooting and promoting movies continuously. Balki sir (R Balki, director) met me in March. We got Kareena onboard in May, started shooting in July and wrapped up the film in September. After that, I started working on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’. So if I do a movie and a television show in a year, and take a four-month break, what’s wrong with that?”
