EcoFloLife known for offering green furniture developed the WaterNest 100 after years of research. Designed by renowned Italian architect Giancarlo Zema, the model house envelops over 100 square meters and is made entirely of recycled glued laminated timber and a recycled aluminium hull.


Currently, the WaterNest is available for residential spaces, but it can be created for several possible configurations such as office, lounge bar, restaurant and even stores.


The WaterNest can include a living room, dining area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. One of the most beautiful parts about this abode is the view. Once you enter, you will find conveniently located balconies on the sides and the fascinating views over the water via the large windows.


Furthermore, the interiors of this property are built in contemporary style with sustainable materials. Natural materials, soothing colours and soft shapes offer a warm, home-like feel to the place with sun lit rooms and comfortable furniture. The floor is made of high-quality teak to withstand temperature variations, humidity, saltiness and the hazards of atmospheric agents.

One of the finest features is the domotic technology. It uses an app on your smartphone to control electronics around your house. You can manage the lights, fixtures like curtains, sound system, air conditioning and keep your house on energy saving mode. Additionally, this property also comes with state-of-the-art security gadgets that include burglar alarm, CCTV, automatic resets and other features.
